The first skycraper was built in 1939. The tall building heights continue to increae as more buildings are built especially after Singapore's Independance in 1965.
Cathay Building
This is the first skycraper in Singapore. The buidling had been demolished in 2003. Only the entrance to Cathay cinema remains.
